Administrator - Sam Levy

Sam is responsible for our administration and provides invaluable support to students joining our courses (and not forgetting the Tutors).  Sam is most often found buried deep in the photocopier or on the telephone but you won’t find her typing!

School Director - Shane Scott


Shane Scott

Shane Scott has many years experience within the concierge and facilities profession and in 2007 produced and published the first annual salary survey for the cleaning sector.  Her expertise, developed in international recruitment, brings invaluable knowledge and skill to those seeking career opportunities in the cleaning and facilities sectors. In addition, Shane is an expert motivator and enjoys sharing her knowledge.  Shane is actively involved in developing our cleaning portfolio.

Training Manager - Eddie Lockwood

Eddie Lockwood joined the sector in 1989 and is an highly experienced trainer and assessor.  Eddie is widely recognised as an expert in local authorities cleaning and working within the probation services rehabilitation scheme with mixed age groups and a wide range of abilities. Eddie enjoys sharing his knowledge and making sessions informative, safe and fun.
